Shipping and returns.

  • Home delivery: The delivery person will make two attempts, and if after the second attempt, the customer is not at home, the package will be sent to the Seur office closest to the home, so that the customer can pick it up (within 10 days).
  • PRODUCTS IN STOCK: 24 TO 48 HOURS (WORKING DAYS). PRODUCTS OUT OF STOCK: 7 TO 10 WORKING DAYS.
  • As for clothing, helmets and accessories for motorcyclists, exchanges are accepted but NOT returns. We collect the product to be exchanged and send you the new one. The customer will only be responsible for the cost of the new shipment. If you have questions about sizes, materials, textures, etc., write to us before placing the order and we will give you all the details.
  • For motorcycle accessories, we DO NOT make returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or a different one has been sent by mistake.
  • Please note that most motorcycle accessories, even those that are "Plug and Play" may require some minor adjustment or specific tools. If you have any questions, write to us via Whatsapp and we will explain everything you need to know before placing your order. 
  • Customs fees are included in the shipping price for orders to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and Andorra.
  • If your city is not listed among the shipping regions, please contact us and we will deliver your purchase to you.
